Hi, I'm Nick 👋
For a long time, I thought that I was in good shape. I trained and competed in MMA and I lived a very active lifestyle. I was a teacher, coach, husband & father, but I wasn't consistent or disciplined. Not with my fitness routine or my emotions. I was struggling with the loss of my father. Like my father and his, I would drink everyday. I would think about it when I woke up in the morning. I worked out when I felt inspired or motivated. I made excuses that held me back from reaching my goals and my potential.
One day my 6 year old son said to me, "Daddy, you're like the beer man, you always have beer in your hand." That was it. Haven't had a drink since July 19th, 2023.

No. This program is for anyone who wants to build discipline in their daily lives.
Over the next 14 days, I'll be personally guiding you through a specific set of steps to put down the drink and build your confidence through simple, time efficient, bodyweight training & daily habits.
It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up.
I need you to commit to at least 10-20 minutes each day, otherwise I can't help you!
